About Us
The Green Level High School Chorus is a program centered around community and musical excellence. Like our school, our chorus is still young. But the work of founding director, the incredible Steven Olson and the dedicated musicians of the chorus have built a strong foundation for years of success to come. Members of the chorus have represented Green Level at events such as the NC Music Educators Association Honors Chorus, All-State Chorus, All-Carolina Select Choir at Wingate University and more. Our choirs have also earned Superior ratings on stage and in sight-reading at Music Performance Assessment. We also love to travel and completed our first European tour Summer 2022!

Meet Our Director - Ms. LeeAnn Faust

LeeAnn Faust, originally from Miami, Florida, received her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Stetson University and is currently working on her Master’s in Music Education at UNCG. Ms. Faust has been teaching music for 15 years. She began her career teaching middle and high school chorus in Florida and later served as the Assistant Conductor for the Children’s Chorus of San Antonio. Most recently, she spent a year as the Assistant Conductor and accompanist for the Raleigh Boychoir and the Director of Choral Activities at Knightdale High School.
Prior to moving to Wake County, Ms. Faust served as the choir director at Fayetteville Academy in Fayetteville, NC. Under her direction, the FA choir earned awards and accolades, toured nationally and consistently received invitations to perform with organizations such as the Fayetteville Symphony Orchestra and the Methodist University Chorale. They were often featured at popular Fayetteville events such as the Cape Fear Botanical Gardens Holiday Lights and WFNC’s Local Artist Concert Series. In addition, Ms. Faust’s love of musical theatre has led to a tremendous amount of experience in theatre as a music director and pianist.
When not working, Ms. Faust loves to play tabletop games like Dungeons and Dragons and Battle at Hogwarts. She is also deeply invested in the MCU and Star Wars Universe. She enjoys spending all her time with her two (crazy) beautiful children, Noah and Marlena, and her partner, James.
